We bring you a recipe for a simple and healthy fasting dish – quiche with chard.
- 200 g of spelled flour (or plain)
- 100 g butter
- spoon of yogurt
- 1 egg
- 500 g of chard
- 200 g fresh / lean cheese
- 2 haha
- 1.5-2 dcl of liquid yogurt
- 1 dcl of milk (I put oatmeal, but it can usually)
Mix the flour, egg, butter and yoghurt first with a food processor (so that it doesn’t stick to your hands too much) and finish with your hands. You don’t need to knead much, but just enough to combine all the ingredients into a ball that doesn’t stick. If it sticks too much, add a little flour. Roll out, put in a mold and put all together in the fridge while you prepare the stuffing.
Blanch the chard briefly, for a few minutes, and drain well and add salt. Mix eggs with milk and yogurt. Arrange the chard on the cooled dough (which you pricked with a fork), spread the cheese over the chard and pour the egg mixture over everything. You can grate parmesan or some other cheese on top. Bake for 45 minutes at 180 ° C.
You can bake in a quiche mold, but you can also bake in any other mold you have.
